Subject: T. F. Green airport Preferred Taxi routes

The intent of this Letter to Airmen is to provide airport layout charts depicting the preferred taxi routes for T. F. Green Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island.  The preferred taxi routes depicted on the airport layout charts are for aircraft taxiing to and from the: Terminal, Northwest Ramp, Northeast Ramp, and each runway.  Preferred taxi routes are in use at T. F. Green Airport except when precluded by the following conditions:

 

      1.   Closure of any portion of the taxi route due to construction, designation of the taxiway as

      an aircraft parking area, debris of any type, problems, etc.

 

      2.   Disabled aircraft and/or vehicles blocking any portion of the taxi route.

 

      3.   Weather conditions and/or airfield maintenance operations, which affect the utilization of

 

      4.   Surface conditions, such as: water, snow and ice, etc., which compromise the safe

      operation of aircraft or vehicles on the taxiways/runways to be utilized.

 

Single engine aircraft departing Runway 34 can expect an intersection departure from Taxiway Bravo.  Pilots requiring a full-length departure should advise Providence ATCT, Ground Control, of their request prior to taxiing.
