The Windsor, Toronto, Montreal and Northeast United States Modernization and Redesign routes and procedures will be implemented on November 13, 2014. This implementation incorporates the addition of multiple RNAV Q-routes, RNAV T-routes, RNAV SIDS and STARS (Toronto Pearson Airport). Also included is the deletion and removal of multiple conventional Jet Routes, conventional Victor routes and conventional STARS (Toronto Pearson Airport).

This implementation includes multiple NFDC, CDR and charting changes that will affect NAS users operating in the northeast United States and eastern Canada. Operators are requested to ensure flight planning resources and database information is updated in conjunction with these routes and procedures.
