(a)  All Operators should have the JFK RNAV (GPS) Z RWY 13L and JFK RNAV (GPS) X RWY 22L approaches loaded into their aircraft’s FMS database.

 

 (b) Aircrews, who are unable to accept the advertised approach, should notify New York approach control on initial contact that they are unable to fly the RNAV (GPS) Z RWY 13L or RNAV (GPS) X RWY 22L approaches and request an alternate approach.

 

 (c) All Operators should review the requirements set forth in 14 CFR 121.619-Alternate airport for destination: Domestic and 14 CFR 121.621– Alternate airport for destination: Flag operations.
