Tri Cities Airport (PSC) is under construction for the completion and re-positioning of a new parallel taxiway Alpha.

The new position of Taxiway Alpha is now parallel to Runway 3R/21L approximately 400 feet south/south east of Runway 3R/21L.

Pilots are encouraged to be extra vigilant when lining up to land on Runway 21L or 3R to not confuse the new Taxiway surface with the 3R/21L runway surface.
