The attached diagram specifies areas of Tampa International Airport that are either uncontrolled and/or not visible from Tampa Air Traffic Control Tower (TPA ATCT).

1. Non-Movement Areas: Due to the movement of uncontrolled ground traffic, Tampa ATCT is unable to provide airport traffic control services in the locations depicted as hatched areas on the attached diagram.  Pilots/Flight Crews are advised to use caution while operating in these specified areas, as information received from Tampa ATCT concerning these areas is advisory only and does not imply control responsibility.

2. Areas of Obstructed Visibility: Due to obstructed visibility caused by hangars, etc., portions of some taxiways are not visible from the Tower.  These are depicted as crosshatched areas on the attached diagram Pilots/Flight Crews should use vigilance when on these areas of the airport.
